"The patience and love for the land of our childhood leads us to want to make a quality coffee in harmony with the environment''.

Coffee Producers Martha and Ana Albir

A glimpse of its history and its coffee experience

We are dedicated to coffee growing, by inheritance from our parents and for the love we feel for coffee.
Since 2013 we have been producers of Fincas Bethania and Las Hortensias.
A critical point for us is the great dependence we have on the climate for the development of our coffees.
The stage that we consider most important is the cutting and drying process of our coffees.
The most satisfying part of our job is to be able to help our workers to improve themselves, trying to pay them a good salary.

Coffees produced by Martha and Ana Albir at their farm Bethania

All the coffees produced by the Albir Sisters, microlots, have been carefully processed by applying a good cut, hours of fermentation, transfer to the dry mill and drying on beds, among others, to achieve the best cup profiles.

Martha and Ana Albir's Farm

Bethania Coffee Farm

Having inherited the Bethania farm from their parents, Martha and Ana Albir are working to modernize the farm and adapt it to their daily needs while respecting the environment and the nature that surrounds their coffee trees.
Today the Albir Sisters have opted for the cultivation of more exotic varietals on their estate, such as the Java and Parainema varietals, among others.
The Bethania farm is located in the coffee-growing municipality of Dipilto and has been owned by the Albir family since 2007. Today Martha and Ana Albir are responsible for the management of the farm, which has a total size of 50 hectares.

One of the critical points in the production process of my coffees is the moment of cutting and drying the coffee”.
