  • The estimated population is 9.74 million inhabitants.
  • Its surface area is 112,492 km².
  • Coffee cultivation began in the 19thcentury.

Guatemala

17.81% of the total coffee production in the country is grown there.

  • It is the 3rd largest coffee producing country in the world.
  • 305,000 hectares are cultivated with coffee plants
  • Estimated population is 17.58 million inhabitants.
  • Its surface area is 108,889 km².
  • Coffee cultivation began in the 18th century.

El Salvador

8.17% of the total production of the coffee geography is cultivated in the country.

  • It is the 4th largest coffee producing country in the world.
  • 140,000 hectares are cultivated with coffee trees
  • The estimated population is 6.8 million inhabitants.
  • Its surface area is 21,041 km².
  • Coffee cultivation began in the 18th century.

Nicaragua

8.17% of the total production of the coffee geography is cultivated in the country.
