I was asked what I wanted to call this café, so I did not hesitate, Luz Enith Suarez, in recognition and gratitude to my wife. It is exceptional, like her, also the result of this land that I love, in which I was born and raised and which has allowed me the sustenance of life. But I am not fooling myself, the pillar that has supported, accompanied and inspired me to make it possible has been her. It fills me with pride to share this success with everyone who enjoys it, but especially with her, together we have achieved it.

  • I have been a coffee producer since 1999, I have been dedicated to coffee growing for 22 years.

  • For me, the most important stage of the whole production process is the coffee fermentation process.
