This range offers unique and unrepeatable coffees full of nuances elaborated from experiments carried out by our R & D Department.
These are coffees with their own name, which pay tribute to and recognize the commitment of the person who has produced them.
This name is chosen by the producers or people who have developed processes or models that have made it possible to achieve such an exceptional coffee.
Normally these coffees bear the name of the producer or one of his loved ones.

Our 21 Gama Uniques coffees are exclusive and limited lots that are only available according to their harvest season.
Very exceptional coffees – With a cup profile that is always new and surprising – Result of R&D experiments at the limit – Only available in certain vintages and origins – Palette of level 5 key descriptors in the coffee descriptor wheel – No quality defects – SCA score +90 or simply unprintable – Samples of the lots sent before arrival from origin – Private sale for buyers – Micro-lots up to 300 kg – Unification of packaging, Convenient and practical 5 kg vacuum packs (2.5 kg + 2.5 kg) – Marketing segmented by region, never batches from one producer sold in one region to two roasters.
