On March 21 and 22, the sixth edition of the Warsaw Coffee Festival will be held in Warsaw. In this festival we will find an exhibition area for coffee shops, toasters, accessories and other products, an educational area organized by the Specialty Coffee Association of Poland and in which the national championships, tasting areas, leisure areas and other novelties will be held. They have prepared for this year.
In the previous editions the event has had thousands of visitors from the coffee sector because it is the reference festival of the coffee sector in this country. This year's event will take place at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw.
Mare Terra Coffee will participate on the 22nd at 3:30 pm in the Raf & Co space in which we will present our Natural Coffees from different backgrounds, we will explain the quality work of the producers and end with a tasting of an exclusive selection.
The coffees we taste are coffees with a natural process, that is, dried in the sun. This method is one of the oldest by which cherries are collected and placed in drying yards or in African beds, so stop stirring the fruits from time to time to achieve a uniform drying. Natural coffees stand out for being coffees with a greater body, sweetness and fruity notes.
