Immersion and pressure method

A coffee that stands out for its cleanliness and intensity

In this method we have the ability to force the separation and extraction of more soluble solids from the coffee particles by exerting pressure on them.

It is a versatile method, since it can be used in two different ways, although very similar: one allows keeping all the water completely in contact with the coffee until it is time to exert pressure, the other allows gravity to also play a role in the extraction.

To be considered in the immersion and pressure method

Light - Medium Roast

A roast that enhances acidity, flavors and aromas; it is also the one that preserves the most intense aromas. This roasting, Al being exposed to heat for a longer period of time, the sugars in the coffee have a greater caramelization process, giving it a touch of riper fruits, berries dry, caramel and chocolate.

Medium - Fine Grinding

A finer grind means a finer grind means a finer grind means a finer grind means a finer surface area of grain exposed to water. That means that it has a greater number of particles, which will cause the water to move in the same way as the slower, generating a higher extraction
