Method of preparation by filtration whose angular shape, from which the name derives, causes the water to flow towards the center.

How to do it?



For each 100 ml of water add 6 grams of coffee. It is recommended not to exceed 300 ml. with this method



Place the cone over the cup or pitcher with the filter on top and moisten with hot water to clean flavors and possible impurities. Subsequently discard the used water


Fill out

Add the ground coffee on top of the filter and level the coffee bed (no more than 5 cm high).



For the pre-infusion, we pour water between 92-94ºC and let it rest for 30 seconds (this part is preferably done with twice the amount of water than the weight of coffee). For the infusion, we continue pouring water in a circular way following a single direction (do not pour at once, but divide the total amount in about 3-4 steps).



Remove the filter with the coffee residue and the cone. Stir the beverage to mix the obtained extraction and you can now enjoy your coffee.
