ALJANAH is the Star that gives its name to all the lots of coffee produced by Bayardo José in his Brisas del Mogotón farm located in the coffee growing region of Nueva Segovia. The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in flavour, aroma and processes, each coffee grower receives the name of a star to name his lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.

Farm Brisas del Mogotón is located in Nicaragua in the coffee growing region of Nueva Segovia, specifically in the district of San Fernando. Mauricio Jiménez started planting coffee in the Farm Brisas del Mogotón in the early 1990’s. Today, his son Bayardo Jiménez is the person who manages and administers the farm. Bayardo only cultivates the highest quality coffees on his Farm, the coffee trees grow at an altitude of between 1,300 and 1,600 meters above sea level. The Producer is always committed to quality, and is very up to date with new practices and techniques in Coffee Cultivation to achieve unique and excellent lots.
