ALNITAK is the Star that gives its name to all the lots of coffee produced by Rita Graciela Cohen in her Santa Rita farm located in the coffee growing region of Fraijanes.
The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in their taste, aroma and processes, each coffee grower receives the name of a star to name their lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.
