Garúa Galpina is produced by a medium-sized family coffee exporter based in Matagalpa, founded in 2013. They work together with their clients to promote origin coffees and focus on offering quality coffees from different processes and varieties.
To ensure quality, they manage the whole process of dry processing and promote coffees from smallholder farms in regions that produce quality coffees.
They also advise producers on harvesting, wet processing and the development of processes for micro-batches.
