SARGAS is the Star that gives its name to all the lots of coffee produced by Abel García on his La Pedrera farm in the coffee-growing region of Ocotepeque. The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in terms of flavour, aroma and processes, and each farmer receives the name of a star to name his lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.
