Type of extraction by immersion and gravity in which the ground coffee is first immersed in water and then filtered.

How to do it?

Measure

20 grams of ground coffee per 300 ml of water.

Prepare

Place in the filter and moisten lightly with hot water and then discard it.

Fill out

Add the coffee and the hot water afterwards and let the beverage infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. The gravity filter system starts working when you place the Clever over a cup and the safety valve opens automatically so that the beverage starts to fall. If you lift the Clever this valve will close and the flow of the beverage stops

Serving

Remove the Clever from the top of the cup or container you have used and the drink is ready.
