Cold Brew System

This elaboration allows to elaborate coffee highlighting its softer and sweeter part to be drunk at a cold temperature.

Roast: Light-Medium

How to do it?



Use between 80 and 100 grams of coffee per liter of water.



Put the filter and pour the freshly ground coffee and room temperature or cold mineral water over the infusion container.



The mixture should stand for at least 12 hours at room temperature or in the refrigerator so that the infusion of both products takes place over the course of the hours. Once this time has elapsed, open the cap at the bottom of the upper container so that the coffee falls into the glass container.



Once cold, you can serve. Coffee can be kept in the refrigerator for up to three weeks without any problem.
