INTRODUCTION TO COFFEES

NIHAL

NIHAL is the Star that gives its name to all the coffee lots in the Yirgacheffe coffee growing region.
The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in terms of flavor, aroma and processes. Each coffee grower receives the name of a star to denominate his lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.

SEVERAL PRODUCERS

Several producers

These lots are produced by producers of the Dilla Zuria woreda located in the coffee growing region of Yirgacheffe. The exporter was founded by owners who had more than a decade of previous experience in coffee production in the Sidama and Yirgacheffe areas. Since its inception, it has been a trusted partner for a number of companies around the world, and for producers in the region. It has its own mill to process the coffees, with its well-equipped laboratory. Commitment, quality and consistency are the virtues built over the two decades invested in the coffee business.
