SHAULA
SHAULA is the Star that gives its name to all the lots of coffee produced by Carmen Joaquin in her Campo Verde farm located in the coffee growing region of Ocotepeque. The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in their flavor, aroma and processes, each coffee grower receives the name of a star to denominate their lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.

Carmen Joaquin is the second generation of coffee growers, his parents were engaged in the cultivation and production of coffee. At the años of 18, Joaquín started planting his first plantation and since then, cultivation has been his life.
With his dedication and effort, he was able to increase the plantation until he
to get his own farm: Campo Verde,
with 9.62 hectares of cultivation, he obtained the Organic and Fair Trade certification. Joaquín, with his experience and desire to innovate, likes to
different practices and processes with which to achieve
to achieve unique results in their coffees.
