This elaboration allows a correct extraction of a cup of espresso coffee in a manual way.
How to do it?
Use between 15 and 18 grams of fine ground coffee for preparation.
Perform an initial warm-up and cleaning of the machine by adding hot water to the tank and letting it drip without coffee.
Add the ground coffee evenly into the pressed filter holder and refill the tank with hot water. This time it is important that the temperature is between 90 and 95°C.
Raise the arms of the machine that drive the water pressure through the filter, reaching between 5 and 10 bar. When you lower both arms, you will be passing the hot water through the filter and, therefore, extracting your espresso.
When you have the desired amount of beverage, release the arms and it is ready to serve.
