Pecarí Tajacu is produced by a collective of coffee growers in the coffee-growing region of Santander in Colombia.

This coffee growers’ cooperative of Santander has been working since 1967, with the purpose of producing and exporting specialty coffee from the Santander region in a fair and equitable manner.
They are located in the north central zone of Colombia, in the Andes Mountains, an ideal place due to its climatic conditions for growing high quality shade-grown coffee.
Its objective is that consumers of specialty coffees recognize them as producers that take care of each process, with fair agreements and sustainable techniques.
