At Mare Terra Coffee, in addition to using traditional processes in the preparation of our coffees, we develop innovative methods together with the coffee growers in the countries of origin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Research and Development (R&D)<\/strong> team travels to the producer regions to collaborate directly with coffee growers, applying new techniques in the processing of green coffee. These improvements are implemented both in the farms<\/strong> and in the washing station<\/strong>, optimizing the cultivation, fermentation and other key variables that impact the final quality of the coffee. <\/p>\n

After each visit, we carry out continuous monitoring and rigorous controls at all stages of production, ensuring that the batches of Green coffee are in optimal conditions before export.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The same coffee bean, coming from the same plant, can offer completely different flavour profiles depending on the processing method used.
