This year, there will be <strong>36 participants<\/strong> from different parts of the world, including countries such as the <strong>United States, Australia, Kazakhstan, Costa Rica, Germany<\/strong> and the <strong>United Kingdom<\/strong>, among others. <\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mareterracoffee.com\/en\/open-de-cata\/\">Tasting Open<\/a><\/strong> is a unique and different championship that combines three key modalities: <strong>free tasting<\/strong>, <strong>sensory memory<\/strong> and triangulation. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mareterracoffee.com\/en\/blog\/training-the-palate-triangulations\/\">triangulation<\/a><\/strong>. These disciplines challenge the tasters&#8217; skills in the evaluation of Flavour, taste memory and the ability to distinguish subtleties between similar samples, creating a highly competitive and demanding environment. <\/p>\n\n<p>The championship will bring together a diverse group of coffee professionals,<strong> including roasters, baristas, quality control specialists,<\/strong> and even <strong>coffee producers<\/strong>. This variety of profiles ensures an enriching e<strong>xchange of knowledge and skills<\/strong> that raises the level of competition. In addition, we will be joined by some of t<strong>he world&#8217;s best coffee tasters,<\/strong> internationally recognised for their expertise and skill in the art of cupping.  <\/p>\n\n<p>For many competitors, this will be their <strong>debut<\/strong> in a championship of this kind.
