We can still enjoy coffee if we prepare it with the<strong> Cold Brew method<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A few months ago we were making recipes with coffee and <strong>one of the recipes that surprised us the most<\/strong> was with Yerba Mate. Thanks to the <a href=\"https:\/\/cultocafe.uy\/\">Culto Caf\u00e9<\/a> team who chose to <strong>merge the drink<\/strong> loved by Uruguayans such as <strong>Mate<\/strong> and the drink <strong>loved by all<\/strong> such as<strong> coffee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Below we explain the recipe, save it and if you feel like making it, tag us on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/mareterracoffee\/\">Instagram:<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To make this recipe we will need the following <strong>ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A medium roast and medium grind coffee <\/strong> especially for filter coffee machines like the coffee from El Salvador Sulafat ANA.<\/li>\n<li>Choice of<strong>milk<\/strong>: vegetable or cow&#8217;s milk<\/li>\n<li><strong>25 gr of yerba mate<\/strong> per 800 ml of milk<\/li>\n<li>Paper filter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cold Brew Preparation:<\/h3>\n<p>With our medium roasted and medium ground coffee <strong>we will add 90 grams per liter of water.<\/strong> We will need a <strong>paper filter<\/strong> to obtain a <strong>more crystalline and subtle result<\/strong> in aromas and flavors, <strong>we will infuse it for 14 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Preparation of Yerba Mate foam:<\/h3>\n<p>We will choose the type of milk that suits us and <strong>add 25 grams of yerba mate per 800 ml of milk<\/strong>. Allow to<strong> infuse for 6 hours<\/strong>, once infused<strong>, filter through a cloth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mareterracoffee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Receta-Cold-Brew-espuma-Yerba-Mate.png\" alt=\"Cold Brew Recipe - Yerba Mate Foam\" width=\"775\" height=\"582\"><\/p>\n<h3>Final result<\/h3>\n<p>We have already infused our cold brew and yerba mate and now it&#8217;s time for us to <strong>prepare our drink:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will add the milk in the <strong>machine steamer<\/strong> so that a <strong>lot of foam<\/strong> is generated.
