{"id":57875,"date":"2022-05-31T14:13:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-31T12:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mareterracoffee.com\/?p=57875"},"modified":"2026-01-07T13:56:57","modified_gmt":"2026-01-07T12:56:57","slug":"condiciones-meteorologicas-optimas-para-el-cultivo-de-cafe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mareterracoffee.com\/es\/blog\/condiciones-meteorologicas-optimas-para-el-cultivo-de-cafe\/","title":{"rendered":"Condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas \u00f3ptimas para el cultivo de caf\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>\u00bf Qu\u00e9 factores clim\u00e1ticos influyen en el crecimiento y desarrollo del cafeto?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cultivar <a href=\"https:\/\/mareterracoffee.com\/es\/cafe-verde\/\">caf\u00e9<\/a> para producci\u00f3n no es f\u00e1cil, ya que solo <strong>se desarrolla<\/strong> de forma <strong>m\u00e1s \u00f3ptima<\/strong> <strong>entre los tr\u00f3picos de C\u00e1ncer y Capricornio<\/strong>, una franja conocida como <strong>el cintur\u00f3n del caf\u00e9<\/strong>, en altitudes entre <strong>800 y 2.000<\/strong> metros.<\/p>\n<p>Tener unos <strong>cafetos productivos y saludables<\/strong> requiere de una <strong>cuidadosa atenci\u00f3n y dedicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que los productores de caf\u00e9 de especialidad tienen mucho en cuenta<\/p>\n<p>En este post vamos a nombrar algunos de los m\u00e1s importantes y que <strong>favorecen en el cultivo del <a href=\"https:\/\/mareterracoffee.com\/es\/cafe-verde\/\">caf\u00e9<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<h3>Clima<\/h3>\n<p>En las <a href=\"https:\/\/mareterracoffee.com\/es\/origenes\/\">zonas cafeteras<\/a> el clima que predomina es el tropical y ecuatorial, donde la humedad predomina todo el a\u00f1o y se comprende entre el 60% y 80% factor que enriquece al suelo donde se cultiva el caf\u00e9<\/p>\n<h3>Temperatura<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">La franja \u00f3ptima para el cultivo del caf\u00e9 ar\u00e1bica se encuentra entre 18 y 22\u00baC mientras que para los caf\u00e9s robusta entre 22 y 26\u00baC<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">En climas fr\u00edos, donde la temperatura es menor a 18\u00baC, las variedades de caf\u00e9 tienen menos desarrollo y su producci\u00f3n es menor<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">En climas c\u00e1lidos, donde la temperatura media es mayor de 25\u00baC, se puede ver afectado por plagas con facilidad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Precipitaciones<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">La cantidad de lluvia apropiada para el cultivo se comprende entre los 1.500 y los 2.000 mil\u00edmetros anuales, unos 125 mil\u00edmetros al mes<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">El exceso de lluvias puede f\u00e1cilmente perjudicar a\u00a0\u00a0la floraci\u00f3n del cafetal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Exposici\u00f3n solar<\/h3>\n<p>La cantidad de horas recomendadas son<strong> 1.800 horas de sol al a\u00f1o<\/strong>, se aconseja <strong>no excederse<\/strong> puesto que\u00a0\u00a0<strong>podr\u00eda perjudicar al desarrollo del crecimiento del cafeto<\/strong> y acelerar la velocidad de maduraci\u00f3n del fruto siendo esto un aspecto negativo para el caf\u00e9 de calidad.<\/p>\n<h3>Sombra<\/h3>\n<p>Se recomienda <strong>cultivar bajo \u00e1rboles ya que \u00e9stos protegen el cultivo de la radiaci\u00f3n solar<\/strong> en la temporada seca y <strong>ayudar\u00e1n con el aporte de materia org\u00e1nica en el suelo<\/strong>, dando una <strong>mejora<\/strong> sustancial a <strong>la vida microbiana del suelo<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s disminuye los efectos del viento fuerte y posibles adversidades como el granizo<\/p>\n<p>Con la llegada del <strong>cambio clim\u00e1tico<\/strong>, muchos de los factores anteriormente nombrados se pueden ver alterados, es por ello que <strong>todos los miembros de la cadena cafetera<\/strong> deben poner su <strong>granito de arena<\/strong> para que sigamos teniendo unas <strong>condiciones climatol\u00f3gicas favorables<\/strong> para poder disfrutar de <strong>un caf\u00e9 libre de alteraciones y cultivado<\/strong> como se lleva haciendo muchos a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 factores climatol\u00f3gicos influyen en el cultivo del caf\u00e9?
