Nous tenons \u00e0 remercier toute leur \u00e9quipe d\u2019avoir accueilli l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement et soutenu la tenue de ce Pre-Open de Cata. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pendant deux jours, baristas, d\u00e9gustateurs et professionnels du caf\u00e9 se sont r\u00e9unis pour participer \u00e0 l&rsquo;un des championnats sensoriels les plus exigeants du monde du caf\u00e9 : se souvenir, identifier et distinguer sensoriellement des tasses apparemment identiques.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jour 1 &#8211; Classification<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Le premier jour, <strong>30 participants<\/strong> se sont affront\u00e9s lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve de qualification, qui portait exclusivement sur la <strong>m\u00e9moire sensorielle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les participants devaient faire appel \u00e0 leur palais et \u00e0 leur concentration pour identifier les tasses correspondantes dans une s\u00e9rie de caf\u00e9s aux diff\u00e9rences tr\u00e8s subtiles. \u00c0 l&rsquo;issue de cette \u00e9preuve, les <strong>12 meilleurs <\/strong> se sont qualifi\u00e9s pour la demi-finale, qui s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e le deuxi\u00e8me jour. <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Jour 2 &#8211; Demi-finale<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>En demi-finale, les <strong>12 qualifi\u00e9s<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 deux \u00e9preuves diff\u00e9rentes : <strong>M\u00e9moire sensorielle<\/strong> et <strong>Triangulation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cette phase a augment\u00e9 le niveau de difficult\u00e9, testant \u00e0 la fois la capacit\u00e9 des participants \u00e0 se souvenir des tasses et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 identifier quel caf\u00e9 \u00e9tait diff\u00e9rent au sein d&rsquo;un ensemble de triangulation.<\/p>\n\n<p>A l&rsquo;issue de ces tests, les <strong>8 meilleurs d\u00e9gustateurs<\/strong> ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la finale.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Finale<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Les finalistes ont d\u00fb faire preuve d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9cision, d&rsquo;une rapidit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;une concentration <strong>sensorielle<\/strong> exceptionnelles pour identifier correctement les vainqueur du <strong>Pre &#8211; Open \u00e0 Cata &#8211; Allemagne, <\/strong> en s&rsquo;assurant la premi\u00e8re place.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Takuya Sato<\/strong> a pris la deuxi\u00e8me place, tandis que <strong>Huong Quach (Lucy)<\/strong> a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 le podium \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n\n<p>Avec cette victoire, <strong>Aurore Ceretta<\/strong> gagne sa place \u00e0
