HATYSA is the Star that gives its name to all the lots of coffee produced by Isauro Solares in his farm La Cabaña located in the coffee growing region of Fraijanes. The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in taste, aroma and processes, each farmer receives the name of a star to name their lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.

Producer Isauro Solares is the owner of La Cabaña Farm, located in the coffee growing region of Fraijanes in the municipality of Santa Rosa.
The Farm has been in the family for four generations, it is a leading Farm in innovation, Isauro Solares invests in improvements in the farm and in his training, even taking barista courses to know in depth the whole coffee chain.
The Producer cultivates unique coffees grown under shade in mineral-rich volcanic soils. In addition to coffee, the Farm also grows bananas, avocados and macadamia nuts.
