PAIKAUHALE is the Star that gives its name to all the coffee lots produced by María Antonia Ramos in her Brisas del Congolon farm located in the coffee growing region of Lempira. The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in terms of flavor, aroma and processes. Each coffee grower receives the name of a star to denominate his lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.

The Farm Brisas del Congolón is owned by María Antonia Ramos, she bought the farm in 2010 and started the production of coffee on her land since previously no coffee was grown on this Farm, the name of this Farm comes from the name of the Congolón Hill that is close to where the Farm is located, the Farm Brisas del Congolón has an area of 9.1 hectares that are dedicated to the production of coffee of the Variety Marseillaise, it is located at an altitude of 1755 meters above sea level. The coffees from the Farm Brisas del Congolón are processed with the Washed, Natural and Honey methods and in addition, together with our R & D Department we develop cutting edge Processes.
