The Farm has a total area of 60 manzanas (42.25 hectares), of which 10 manzanas (7.10 hectares) are dedicated to the cultivation of Coffee. Among the Varietals produced here are Catuaí rojo, Caturra, Ovata and Maracaturra, cultivated with care to guarantee the best quality in each Harvest.
Commitment to sustainability is a priority at La Libertad. Coffee is cultivated respecting the natural balance of the ecosystem, with shade provided by fruit trees and native forest Species. In addition, practices are implemented to protect water sources and biodiversity in the area.
Harvesting is done by hand, selecting only ripe beans. Danny oversees every stage of the process, from Harvest to bagging, ensuring meticulous quality control. His passion for coffee growing drives him to constantly innovate, exploring new techniques and processes to improve each batch and deliver exceptional coffee.
