DENEB is the Star that gives its name to all the lots of coffee produced by Isacio J Albir in his farm Agua Sarca located in the coffee growing region of Nueva Segovia. The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in their taste, aroma and processes, each coffee grower receives the name of a star to name his lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.

The Farm Agua Sarca, located in the town of Dipilto, Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, is a 69 hectare farm completely dedicated to the Cultivation of Coffee. In Agua Sarca 7 different Varietals are cultivated, with approximately 300,000 coffee trees that produce unique results thanks to the dedication and care given to them.
Isacio Albir started in the world of coffee at a very young age, when he used to pick coffee during school vacation periods. One of his most vivid memories is the first Variety he came into contact with: Maragogipe, a variety that marked the beginning of his passion for coffee growing. As he grew up, Isacio trained as an agronomist at university, which allowed him to acquire the technical knowledge necessary to delve deeper into the world of coffee.
At the end of his university studies, his father specialized in the Cultivation of Coffee, and it was then when Isacio began to learn more about the details and processes involved in coffee growing. This knowledge and his passion for coffee led him to become a coffee grower. For more than 30 years Isacio has been dedicated to the Cultivation of Coffee, and he is also a member of a cooperative, where he continues to share his experience and learning with other coffee growers in the region.
