FANG is the Star that gives its name to all the coffee lots produced by Edwin Javier Cruz de Jesús in his Gualen farm located in the coffee growing region of Ocotepeque. The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in terms of flavor, aroma and processes. Each coffee grower receives the name of a star to denominate his lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.

Edwin Javier Cruz de Jesús, is the producer of the Gualen farm, the name of the farm comes from the place where it is located, a place full of nature and coffee landscapes. The farm has been producing coffee since 2013, it is located at 1755 meters above sea level with a production area of 4.5 hectares. The varieties planted on the farm are Catuaí, Pacas and Parainema, the coffees are processed using the Lavado, Natural and Honey methods and, together with our R&D department, we develop cutting-edge processes.
