FAWARIS is the Star that gives its name to all the lots of coffee produced by the Albir Sisters on their Bethania farm in the coffee growing region of Nueva Segovia. The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in flavour, aroma and processes, each coffee grower receives the name of a star to name their lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.

Martha and Ana Albir started in the world of coffee growing by inheritance from their parents, since they were very young they have felt much appreciation for coffee, as it has always been part of their lives. In 2013 they inherited the family Farm, and in 2015 they began to transform it. Martha and Ana Albir, worked on modernizing the Farm and adapting it to the daily needs, always respecting the environment and the nature that surrounds its coffee trees. As of today, the Albir Sisters, have opted for the cultivation of more exotic varietals on their estate, such as the Java and Parainema varietals, among others. The Farm Bethania is located in the coffee-growing municipality of Dipilto. It has been owned by the Albir family since 2007. a total size of 50 hectares.
