GRAFFIAS is the Star that gives its name to all the coffee lots produced by Carlos Manuel Fuentes Mejía in his farm Mi Paraíso located in the coffee growing region of Ocotepeque. The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in terms of flavor, aroma and processes. Each coffee grower receives the name of a star to denominate his lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.

Carlos Manuel Fuentes Mejia is the owner of the farm El Paraiso, the farm is named after a biblical word which means place of joy and fertile garden.
This description represents very well the farm where the freshness of the trees and the softness of the fresh air join with the sound of the sea and the birds, creating a perfect landscape between coffee plantations and nature.
For Carlos Manuel his farm fills him with joy and tranquillity, in El Paraíso there is one coffee harvest a year and also fruit trees are cultivated which are also food for the birds and wild animals that live on the farm.
The farm is located at an altitude of 1490 m above sea level, has a total area of 8.5 ha and the coffee production area is 0.5 ha. The varieties grown on this farm are Pacas, IHCAFE 90 and in addition to the Washed, Natural and Honey processes, Carlos Manuel develops together with our R&D team Vanguard Processes.
