The Farm Bethania, located in the coffee-growing municipality of Dipilto, has been owned by the Albir family since 2007. Currently, sisters Martha and Ana Albir are in charge of managing the Farm, which covers a total of 50 hectares. Over the years, they have worked tirelessly to modernize and adapt the Farm to the daily needs, always with a firm commitment to the environment and respect for the nature that surrounds its coffee trees.
The Albir sisters began in the world of coffee growing as a result of their parents’ inheritance. From a very young age, they have felt a deep appreciation for Coffee, as it has always been a fundamental part of their lives and a tradition that they have lovingly maintained. In 2013, they inherited the family Farm, and it was in 2015 when they began to transform it, implementing new Cultivation and sustainability practices to improve the quality of the Coffee.
Today, Martha and Ana have opted for the Cultivation of more Exotic Varietals in their Farm, such as the Java and Parainema varietals, among others. This decision has been part of their constant search for innovation in coffee growing, thus achieving to stand out for the high quality of their coffee.
