Rudy Aracely Martinez comes from a family of coffee growers, since he was young he has had the same passion for coffee as his family, Rudy began his studies in the commercial field and worked for a few years, but finally decided to dedicate himself to the production and commercialisation of coffee.
In 2005 Rudy Araceli bought the farm and started planting coffee trees as the farm was not previously dedicated to growing coffee, Rudy decided to call his farm La Aurora, as it is the same name as his daughter. The farm is located in the coffee growing region of Lempira, specifically in the district of Tres Cruces at 1750 meters above sea level. The farm grows coffee of the varietals Ihcafé 90, Catuaí and Bourbon. The coffees are processed using the Lavado, Natural and Honey methods and, together with our R & D department, we develop cutting-edge processes.
