GRAFFIAS is the Star that gives its name to all the coffee lots produced by Carlos Manuel Fuentes Mejía in his farm Mi Paraíso located in the coffee growing region of Ocotepeque. This description represents very well the farm where the freshness of the trees and the softness of the fresh air join with the sound of the sea and the birds, creating a perfect landscape between coffee plantations and nature.
For Carlos Manuel his farm fills him with joy and tranquillity, in El Paraíso there is one coffee harvest a year and also fruit trees are cultivated which are also food for the birds and wild animals that live on the farm.
