LARAWAG is the Star that gives its name to all the lots of coffee produced by Juan Ángel on his Betania farm in the coffee-growing region of Ocotepeque. The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in terms of flavour, aroma and processes, and each coffee grower receives the name of a star to name his lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.

Juan Angel Fuentes has been involved in coffee growing for more than 35 years. Coming from a hard-working family, Juan worked as a young man on a hacienda and later in the army. Finally, when he married, he and his wife inherited the land that today is Finca Betania. Juan Angel decided to call the farm Betania because Betania in Hebrew means house of fruits, he liked the name because it is very religious and its meaning refers to the fact that God will give blessings to all.
Finca Betania is located at 1492 meters above sea level and has a total of 1 hectare that is totally dedicated to the production of green coffee of the varietal Colombia, in addition to the processes washed, natural and honey Juan Angel develops together with our team R & D Processes Vanguard.
