LESATH is the Star that gives its name to all the lots of Coffee produced by Yolanda Guevara in her Farm La Prosperidad located in the Coffee region of Lempira. The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in terms of Flavour, aroma and Process. Each coffee grower receives the name of a star to denominate his lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.

Yolanda started with the Cultivation of Coffee in 2010, not for vocation or aspirations but for utility, she was working for an NGO and her father told her if she always thought of working for others and if she never thought of becoming independent and offered her to plant coffee in the family land.
They started planting Catuaí and were attacked by rust, it took them a long time to recover the Farm, but Yolanda trusted in her faith and in her work and it was clear to her that they would be a prosperous family, that is why the Farm is called La Prosperidad (Prosperity).
Yolanda’s dream and vision was to have a direct buyer of her coffee lots so that the work they do with a good harvest, sustainable practices, organic products would be valued… and now after many years of trial and error since she did not have a great knowledge about coffee farming, they have learned, they have recovered the entire farm and have learned to live with rust, to control it by spraying it twice a year.
Now Yolanda, in addition to producing her coffees in the traditional way, is developing batches such as the Natural Sleeping Bag or Double Fermentation, cutting-edge processes that she develops together with our R&D team. Her Farm has achieved very stable profiles due to the hard work and dedication of Yolanda and her family.
