RAPETO is the Star that gives its name to all the coffee lots produced by Ricardo Cortes Perez in his Gualion farm located in the coffee growing region of Lempira. The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in terms of flavor, aroma and processes. Each coffee grower receives the name of a star to denominate his lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.

Ricardo Alexander Cortés is 24 years old and is the owner of Farm Gualión, a new farm, his coffee trees are about 5 years old. Ricardo comes from a family of coffee growers, his father and grandfather were also coffee growers and have transmitted it generation after generation since it is something that besides being their main source of income, they are passionate about.The increase in fertilizers and products necessary for the cultivation of coffee has made Ricardo and his family begin to cultivate specialty coffees, after 4 years, they have begun to process natural coffees, honey anaerobic processes to increase the quality of the cup of their coffees, they have trained their pickers to pick the cherries at their optimum point and Ricardo is eager to learn in order to obtain better results.
