Coffee Heritage Project
From bean to future

Why was the project born?
Project objectives
The main objective is to raise awareness, educate and motivate new generations about the professional and development opportunities offered by the specialty coffee value chain. Through workshops, lectures and practical experiences, the aim is to:
- To awaken the interest of young people in the world of Coffee.
- To provide comprehensive knowledge of the coffee production chain, from the Farm to the final consumer.
- To promote youth leadership and innovation within the coffee sector.
- To ensure generational succession in coffee growing.
To whom it is addressed
Students from technical schools or agricultural training centers
Young people who are in the process of learning about agriculture, entrepreneurship or rural development. They are offered a concrete way to apply what they have learned, with tools that allow them to generate impact in their communities through Coffee.
Sons and daughters of coffee growers
All those who have known the work in the fields since they were children. Many are at a stage where they must decide whether to continue coffee farming or look for other paths. This project shows them that staying in the fields can be an attractive option if new ideas, technologies and business models are incorporated.
Young people with an entrepreneurial spirit
Young people interested in developing projects related to Coffee, beyond Cultivation. We are talking about the transformation of the bean, the sale of value-added products, rural tourism, local brands, fair trade, among other initiatives that add value and dynamize the sector.
The project also seeks to be inclusive, promoting the active participation of young women and groups traditionally less represented in decision-making spaces within the coffee world. We want all Profiles to have the opportunity to grow, propose and lead.
In short, it is aimed at young people who see Coffee not only as a family tradition or just another crop, but also as an opportunity to innovate, undertake and build a future in their own communities.
