In the mountains of Dipilto, in the north of Nicaragua, Martha Abir, together with her sister Ana María, leads the transformation of Farm Bethania into a specialty coffee company. Between tradition, biodiversity and innovative processes, their coffees stand out for their sweetness, cleanliness and chocolate notes. A story of roots, perseverance and future written from the heart of the origin.

During our visit to Nicaragua in the spring of 2023, we took a decisive step in the development of the Coffee Heritage project. We strengthened collaboration with local Producers, worked on improving quality processes and began a series of educational meetings with young people from the Ocotal Technology Center. This experience reaffirms our commitment to sustainability, training and the future of coffee growing.
