Our ranges encompass different aspects of green coffee production, with quality and sustainability being the main factors they all have in common.
From coffees of continuity that define the most traditional profiles of the coffee regions to experimental processes and large-scale replicas to unique and unrepeatable signature recipes, all of them the result of the relationships and work built year after years with our partners at origin.

The coffees in the Terras range are named after elements of nature, mythological beings or characters rooted in the coffee-growing region in which they are grown.
They are coffees with traditional profiles of the coffee region in which they have been produced, or coffees that have been developed from replicas of Vanguard Processes, produced on a larger scale by our partners.

The coffees in the Constellations collection are named after stars. Each coffee grower who works with Mare Terra to develop the production of their coffees receives the name of a star for their lots, thus giving their coffees a differentiated positioning and value. In the case of coffees produced in Africa, each washing station is named after a star as the batches are developed with cherries harvested by smallholder farmers in the coffee-growing district.
These stars are grouped in Constellations of the same coffee growing region, thus forming a coffee universe distributed in our projects around the world.

The coffees in the Uniques range are coffees with their own name, paying tribute to and recognising the commitment of the person who produced them.
This name is chosen by the producers or the people who have developed processes or models that have made it possible to achieve such an exceptional coffee. These coffees are usually named after the producer or a loved one.
