SHAULA is the Star that gives its name to all the lots of coffee produced by Carmen Joaquin on her Campo Verde farm in the coffee growing region of Ocotepeque. The lots are differentiated by their different characteristics in taste, aroma and processes, each farmer receives the name of a star to name his lots, thus forming a great coffee universe.

Carmen Joaquín is the second generation of coffee growers in his family, his parents were dedicated to the cultivation and production of coffee, they taught him to work and learn about coffee growing. Joaquín is the owner of the Finca Campo Verde, this farm has this name because many years ago he liked it because it is located in a protected area of flora and fauna, where you can observe a balanced nature from its trees. The trees are more than 100 years old and a great diversity of birds live in them.Carmen Joaquin is responsible for the lots named after the star Shaula produced on the farm Campo Verde which is located at 1392 meters above sea level, the farm has a total of 13 hectares and 2 of them are destined to the cultivation of coffee of the Pacas varietal. The processes developed on the farm are Lavado, Natural and Honey, and Carmen Joaquín Fuentes, together with our R&D team, develops cutting-edge processes.
