Mare Red is produced by a family exporter, two cousins coming from coffee producing families after winning several competitions such as the COE decided to join forces to launch Bourbon Coffees. This exporter works as a team, trains and encourages professionals to work together to meet the demands of its customers around the world. Its team is involved in all operations with the constant objective of producing the best coffees. They are involved in sustainability and social and environmental issues are as important as the Coffee processing methods to ensure its quality. They introduce new technologies and procedures to substantially improve the sensory Profile in the final cup, such as packaging or Moisture controls in their warehouses. Currently they have more than 15 professional cuppers and produce and export coffees from 8 coffee regions of Brazil.
