Each year, thousands of coffees are submitted for consideration, and the winning coffees are sold in global online auctions at premium prices.

From June 7 to 9, our Roaster Services had the opportunity to personally meet our roasters and taste their coffees. The visit was divided into several days that served to meet first-hand those who offer our product.

Conveying knowledge: we explained the corporate structure of Mare Terra Coffee, the current state of the industry and new trends in specialty coffee to MBA students from the University of Texas.

Today, coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the world. We can drink a cup of coffee in any country, from Italy or the United States to Ethiopia, and we immediately realize that the way it is prepared and served differs enormously from one place to another.
