During our visit to Nicaragua in the spring of 2023, we took a decisive step in the development of the Coffee Heritage project. We strengthened collaboration with local Producers, worked on improving quality processes and began a series of educational meetings with young people from the Ocotal Technology Center. This experience reaffirms our commitment to sustainability, training and the future of coffee growing.

We celebrated 15 years as partners with the visit of the Daterra Coffee Team where they presented us how their project is progressing.

We traveled to Honduras to analyze and improve the processes we carried out last year and to introduce new specialty green coffee producers.

At the end of February we traveled to Guatemala. In this post we explain the project we started last year and are still working on.

Women play a fundamental role in the coffee sector, constituting the majority of the millions of Coffee Producers in the world.

After three years without traveling to Ethiopia, we have returned to develop new recipes together with our partners and guarantee an excellent production.
